What this tool does

This converter uses IANA time zones and the browser’s Intl API to format local times correctly for the chosen date (including DST).

For ambiguous times (DST “fall back” hour), results follow the browser’s standard interpretation. If the meeting happens during DST transitions, consider picking a different time or confirming by calendar.
